The industrial leaders of GARDN are three major players in the Canadian aerospace industry: Pratt & Whitney Canada, Bombardier Aerospace and CMC Electronics.

They are joined by eight top Canadian universities: École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS), McGill University, École Polytechnique de Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, Concordia University, University of Waterloo, Ryerson University and University of Toronto Institute for Aerospace Studies (UTIAS), as well as four well-established small and medium enterprises: (Messier-Dowty, Aercoustics, Integran and Standard Aero.

The participation of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada (AIAC) and CRIAQ will benefit the overall management of the network.
